Our Policies
At Kiki's Spa, we strive to create a relaxing environment for our clients. All appointments are scheduled ahead of time to give the client the respect of having his or her technician's total attention. Because room/equipment reservations are made, we require a 50% cancellation fee for appointments terminated with less than 24 hours notice. No-Show appointments will be charged the full amount. Please arrive a few minutes early for massage, facial, or body treatments as consent forms may need to be filled out. We regret that arriving late for appointments may cut your treatment time short. Please help us maintain our spa atmosphere by keeping noise to a minimum and using cell phones outside. Well-behaved children are welcome if they are receiving services. Sick or misbehaved children are not. We want everyone's relaxation time to be most enjoyable!
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are available in all dollar amounts and may be redeemed for services or product. Certificates are valid for one year from purchase date unless otherwise written. No exceptions. Card must be presented at time of service. Please be advised that the card must specify "SALON" to be redeemed for hair services at Salon Saige at Kiki's Spa. Gift cards may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. Spa packages and donations are non-transferable.
Tips and Gratuities:
The "standard average" for gratuity in the spa and salon industry is 18%-20%. Gratuity is not included in our services and our technicians appreciate gratuity as part of payment for your time with them. We appreciate gratuity as a demonstration of your satisfaction with your service. For your convenience, you may add gratuity to your credit card charge if needed. Bridal Parties or Spa Parties of four or more may have gratuity automatically added to the charge.
Packages and "Buy One Get One Free" Services:
Kiki's Spa offers package pricing for services such as Microdermabrasion and LED Therapy. Full package price must be paid up front to receive the discounted sessions. We are sorry for unforeseen circumstances that may occur on your behalf, but failure to show up for a scheduled appointment automatically forfeits that session. If you know you will not be able to keep your appointment please give our staff the courtesy of trying to fill your spot by notifying us within 24 hours.
In appreciation of our local clients, Kiki's Spa sometimes offers BUY ONE GET ONE FREE promotions. These "free" offerings may not be combined with any other offer or redeemed with a previously purchased gift card. Unless otherwise stated, "free" services must be redeemed within 1 month of first service. No exceptions. If you are unable to keep your scheduled free appointment, we regret that you will have to forfeit that free service. Please be further advised that tips are not included in free services and standard 18%-20% gratuity is appreciated on the full/actual price of that service.
